Explosions in the United States

Explosions often have devastating consequences on the lives of those involved. The unfortunate truth is that hundreds of people die, and thousands more are left with significant injuries every year as a result of explosions that take place across our nation.

Many explosions leave people with significant injuries that alter their lives indefinitely. We see an unimaginable number of people left with severe scarring, permanent disfigurement, severe burn injuries, and even nerve and muscle injuries as a result of these accidents. Unfortunately, with serious injuries come towering medical expenses, lost wages, and an array of other financial burdens.

Following an explosion, you have the ability to file a personal injury claim against the responsible party. When it comes to explosions, in particular, there are several parties who may be liable for the damages and losses that you face. These include:

  • Maintenance or repair company
  • Installation company
  • Propane company
  • State, county, or city
  • Gas company
  • Construction company
  • Contractor or subcontractor
  • Parts manufacturer
  • The property owner or property manager
  • Oil rig owner

Your ability to identify who is liable for your losses and damages will be dependent upon a thorough investigation. Working with a national explosion lawyer can provide you with the best chance of proving your case against the negligent party. Your attorney will be able to investigate the explosion for you, gather evidence from various sources, investigate the history of each party, and identify the negligent actions that led to the explosion taking place. It is crucial that you seek legal help as soon as possible.
