Tulsa, OK (August 4, 2023) – One person had to be transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries following an explosion that was reported on Wednesday in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Calls for help came in at around 2:45 a.m. on August 2.
Reports from area firefighters indicate that an explosion occurred at the AeroNautique location, which is an aviation company located near the intersection of Apache Street and Sheridan Road. The incident caused a fire to break out, resulting in damage to the building.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and quickly took control of the fire.
A security guard who was working at the facility was injured. The victim was transported to a local hospital for emergency medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
