Explosions in Texas
Every year, thousands of people in the United States are left injured as a result of explosions that take place. One common type of explosion that we see far too often involves propane tanks. When a propane tank blows up, it releases an immense amount of force that can cause traumatic injuries to those nearby.
One of the most common types of injuries suffered by victims is severe burns, which occur due to the intense heat generated by the explosion. These burns often lead to excruciating pain, scarring, and long-lasting emotional trauma for survivors. Additionally, blast injuries are frequently observed as people are thrown forcefully from the proximity of the explosion or struck by flying debris.
Any type of serious injury caused by an explosion can require extensive medical treatment. The unfortunate truth is that these injuries often have a significant impact on victims, both immediately and long term. When individuals are hurt as a result of explosions due to negligence, they may have legal options available.
