Jack DeGree is a Nevada-based trial attorney at Burg Simpson. Jack’s practice specializes in representing personal injury victims and those who have been subjected to insurance bad faith. Jack joined Burg Simpson in 2019, after having great success while working for several years on one of the nation’s most recognized and well-respected trial teams at Eglet Prince. Jack is a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, and is eager to help individuals injured in the State of Nevada and now faced with the unenviable task of taking on major corporations and large insurance companies in the litigation arena.
Jack received his undergraduate, graduate, and juris doctorate degrees from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV). Prior to finishing law school at UNLV, Jack started law school the University of Denver in 2004. It was during his time there, and the years since, that Jack became closely acquainted with several of the attorneys at Burg Simpson and grew an appreciation for Burg Simpson’s culture and dedication toward enacting change, creating a safer community, and helping those in need.

In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing adult league hockey, attending Vegas Golden Knights games, and spending time with his wife, Tisha, and their three young children, Danny, Sadie, and Taylor.
